I don't think I'm overreacting when I call this design creeptastic. And if you don't think these bookcases merit that description, what would you think of an entire room of furniture bearing appendages? This is the Human Furniture Collection, "a mix between the pragmatism and efficiency of the geometrical shapes and sculptural beauty of the human body," according to its designer, Dzmitry Samal. The collection isn't in production yet, but given the limitless scope of taste, I wouldn't be surprised to see it available for purchase in the near future.
