Bookcase Wednesday

It's time I admit I have a problem: I cannot resist a good tree-inspired bookcase. (Exhibit A; Exhibit B; Exhibit C above.) This particular one is Wintertree, and is produced by Italian design studio Twentyfirst. I love the simplicity and finish of these bookcases, but I can't help but see the bottom branches as the arms of a robot traffic cop, which pretty much spoils the elegant effect, unfortunately.
